About Me
Hi 👋🏼 I'm Molly. I'm a professional runner and writer.
I started running track when I was about ten years old in a pair of hand-me-down spikes from the thrift store.
I realized I was kinda good at it. I liked winning. So I kept doing it. I'm still doing it.
I grew up in small town called McCook, Nebraska. Then I moved to a bigger small town called Stillwater, Oklahoma, where I competed in NCAA track and earned a bachelor's degree in journalism & communication.
I was the slowest runner in my recruiting class at Oklahoma State. I ended up becoming an six-time Big 12 Champion and five-time All-American. I believe in myself to rise to the occasion. My goal is to one day to represent Team USA on the global stage in the 1500m.
I've adopted two Mini Australian Shepherds in my life, one named Bowie (after David Bowie) and one named Bronx (because I love New York City).
I think poop jokes are funny (if you don't, you're lying) and I'm way too competitive when playing Monopoly.
Welcome to my page.
