Hi 👋🏼 I'm Molly. I'm a professional runner and writer.

I started running track when I was about ten years old in a pair of hand-me-down spikes from the thrift store.

I liked doing it. So I kept doing it. I'm still doing it.

​

I grew up in small town called McCook, Nebraska. Then I moved to a bigger small town called Stillwater, Oklahoma, where I competed in NCAA track and earned a bachelor's degree in journalism & communication.

 

I'm now living in Colorado, where I've combined my love for reading and writing with my passion for running into a career. 

 

I was the slowest runner in my recruiting class at Oklahoma State, but I ended up becoming an six-time Big 12 Champion and five-time All-American by the time I was done. I believe in myself to rise to the occasion, whatever that might be.

 

My goal is to one day to represent Team USA on the global stage and to write a memoir. 

 

I've adopted two Mini Australian Shepherds in my life, one named Bowie (after David Bowie) and one named Bronx (because I love New York City). 

 

I'm way too competitive when playing Monopoly and I love gummy bears.
